Get the recipient and deadline right
Tell us who can release the documents and who should receive them. Include opening hours, the correct entrance and any appointment, reference or identification requirement. For an airport or secure office, agree the precise meeting point.
Protect the documents in transit
Use a sealed protective envelope or suitable outer packaging and keep a record of what you are sending. Share only the personal information needed for the booking. Explain any particular consequences of loss or delay so applicable cover, limits and exclusions can be discussed.

Can you meet someone at an airport?
Tell us the airport, terminal, meeting point, contact number and deadline. We will check the journey and agree where the handover can take place before accepting the booking.
Will my documents travel directly?
Same-day and direct bookings use a dedicated vehicle. We confirm the route, collection estimate and delivery arrangement with you.
Can you deliver outside the UK?
Other destinations are assessed individually. We need to confirm the route, receiving organisation’s requirements and any documentation before accepting an international movement.
Arrange your delivery
Send both postcodes, the ready time, delivery deadline, item count, packed dimensions and weight. Add the goods value, contacts and access details so we can confirm availability, handling, applicable cover and a tailored price. Check the quoted VAT treatment and any loading, waiting or additional-stop charges before booking.
Our contact hours are 07:30–18:00 UK time, including weekends and bank holidays. Fresh location updates can be emailed every 15 minutes on request, with printable proof of delivery after handover. Payment is required before collection unless credit terms have been agreed. For changes or a delivery problem, contact us promptly with the job reference.
