Reducing the environmental impact of courier work requires attention to the journeys we arrange, the vehicles used and the activities that support each delivery. Our approach includes working with transport partners and improving the quality of the information used to measure emissions.
Our carbon reporting is being reviewed before an updated, approved Carbon Reduction Plan is published. This page records our commitment; it does not provide a current verified emissions inventory or claim that a revised plan has been approved.
