Liverpool Exhibition Panel Courier: Protect the Faces and Keep the Return Packaging

Display panels can be large, light and easily marked. For a Liverpool exhibition delivery, packaging should protect the printed face and edges while allowing the load to be handled and restrained appropriately. The return plan matters too: packaging discarded during setup may be needed again after the show.

Measure the protected load

Provide the largest packed height, width and depth and the number of panels or cases. Ask the supplier whether panels should travel flat or upright and how they should be supported. Explain whether anything may be stacked on them; do not assume a flat surface is suitable for other cases.

Keep joining strips, feet and fittings in labelled packages linked to the panels. If graphics belong to different stands or destinations, separate and identify the sets. Tell BHA about fragile inserts or electrical components that affect packaging and acceptance.

Give the event delivery details

Provide the venue, hall or room, stand number, receiving contact and current loading instructions. Confirm any required slot separately with the organiser. Explain the time the stand team needs the panels, allowing for unpacking and assembly before the public event begins.

Ask the team to retain and identify reusable packing materials. After breakdown, check for damaged packaging, count all fittings and confirm the load’s actual ready time. If dismantling changes the dimensions or adds loose items, update BHA before collection. Transport does not automatically include stand construction, dismantling or disposal of unwanted materials, so agree those responsibilities with the appropriate team in advance.
