Help the driver find the right entrance
A rural postcode can cover several buildings or access tracks. Give us the correct gate or workshop, a reachable contact, surface conditions and any height or vehicle-size restrictions. Explain where the vehicle can turn and load.
Describe the equipment before booking
Send the packed dimensions, weight and loading method. Declare batteries, fuels, residues, chemicals, perishable produce and temperature-sensitive goods. Suitable packaging and any controlled transport conditions need agreement for the specific load.

Choose the service around your deadline
Same-day and direct services use a dedicated vehicle. For suitable goods with flexible dates, economy transport normally takes 2–4 working days and may be shared. The route, vehicle, handling and timing are agreed for your booking.
For urgent bookings, we aim to collect within an hour once booking and payment arrangements are confirmed, subject to location and vehicle availability. We agree the collection estimate before accepting the job.

Can you collect from a farm or rural workshop?
Send the exact entrance directions, a contact number and any access restrictions. We will check the vehicle and loading arrangements before confirming collection.
Can you transport a mower or replacement part?
Tell us its packed measurements, weight, condition and any batteries or fluids. Acceptance and handling are confirmed for the individual item.
Can you carry produce that needs cooling?
Explain the required temperature, packaging and timing before booking. A normal van booking does not establish refrigerated or controlled-temperature transport; that must be specifically agreed.

Send both postcodes, the ready time, delivery deadline, item count, packed dimensions and weight. Add the goods value, contacts and access details so we can confirm availability, handling, applicable cover and a tailored price. Check the quoted VAT treatment and any loading, waiting or additional-stop charges before booking.
Our contact hours are 07:30–18:00 UK time, including weekends and bank holidays. Fresh location updates can be emailed every 15 minutes on request, with printable proof of delivery after handover. Payment is required before collection unless credit terms have been agreed. For changes or a delivery problem, contact us promptly with the job reference.
