Emergency Key Courier Delivery Service
Arrange an urgent collection of keys from an authorised sender for direct delivery to a named recipient. Give us both postcodes, when the keys are available and your deadline so we can assess the journey.
Collection Timing
For urgent same-day bookings, we aim to collect within one hour once the booking and payment arrangements are confirmed, subject to location and vehicle availability. The collection estimate is agreed for your job. Contact hours are 07:30–18:00 UK time, including weekends and bank holidays.
Prepare the Handover
Provide the sender’s and recipient’s names and telephone numbers. Agree who is authorised to release and receive the keys, and tell us about any identification or signature requirements before collection. Package keys securely and use the booking reference on the outer package.
Dedicated Transport and Updates
Same-day and direct bookings use a dedicated vehicle. Fresh location updates can be emailed every 15 minutes on request, and printable proof of delivery can be emailed when the keys are delivered. Agree any required handover record when booking.
Confirm Access and the Deadline
Tell us if the recipient is locked out, cannot access the property or needs a specific meeting point. The keys must already be available for collection. Allow for the journey distance and traffic; confirm a required delivery time before accepting the quote.
Quote and Changes
The quote is tailored to the route and timing. Contact us promptly if the sender, recipient or address changes. We will review availability and any effect on price before confirming revised instructions. See our booking FAQs.
