BHA Couriers arranges dedicated transport for passports, legal papers and other important documents. Tell us the collection and delivery addresses, ready time and required handover so we can confirm a suitable arrangement.
Agree the Journey Before Collection
For urgent same-day bookings, we aim to collect within one hour once the booking and payment arrangements are confirmed, subject to location and vehicle availability. The collection estimate is agreed for your job. Contact hours are 07:30–18:00 UK time, including weekends and bank holidays.
UK-wide and other destinations are assessed individually. For an international movement, confirm the route, receiving organisation’s requirements and any documents needed before booking; acceptance should not be assumed.
Package and Identify the Consignment
Use a sealed, protective envelope or suitable outer packaging. Keep a record of the contents and booking reference. Confirm who can release and receive the documents, including any identification, appointment or signature requirement specified by the sender or recipient.
Dedicated Vehicle and Delivery Evidence
Same-day and direct services use a dedicated vehicle. Fresh location updates can be emailed every 15 minutes on request. Printable proof of delivery can be emailed when the documents are delivered; agree any named-recipient or paperwork requirement in advance.
Sensitive Documents and Site Access
Provide only the personal information needed to arrange the delivery. Do not send passwords or unnecessary confidential material in a general enquiry. Include the correct entrance, opening hours and receiving contact for an embassy, office or secure premises.
Goods Protection and Delivery Queries
Describe the documents and any particular consequences of loss or delay when requesting a quote. Ask about applicable cover, limits and exclusions before booking. If there is a delivery problem, contact BHA promptly with the job reference so we can investigate under the agreed booking arrangements.
