Confirm the receiving arrangements
A business that normally opens on a weekday may be closed for the holiday. Give us a reachable contact at each end, the correct entrance, loading access and any agreed receiving slot.
Choose the service for the deadline
Same-day and direct bookings use a dedicated vehicle. Flexible economy transport normally takes 2–4 working days and may be shared. Confirm the actual collection and delivery dates rather than assuming a bank holiday is a working day.
Agree the price before collection
Bank-holiday availability and any surcharge are confirmed in the quote. Payment is required before collection unless credit terms have been agreed. Changes to the route, load or instructions may require revised timing and pricing.

Yes. Our contact hours are 07:30–18:00 UK time, including bank holidays and weekends. Collection and delivery times are agreed separately for each booking.
How quickly can you collect?
For urgent same-day bookings we aim to collect within an hour once booking and payment arrangements are confirmed, subject to location and vehicle availability. We will agree the estimate for your job.
What if the delivery site is closed?
Tell us before booking so we can agree an available receiving time. If circumstances change afterwards, contact us promptly to review the arrangements and any effect on cost.

Send both postcodes, the ready time, delivery deadline, item count, packed dimensions and weight. Add the goods value, contacts and access details so we can confirm availability, handling, applicable cover and a tailored price. Check the quoted VAT treatment and any loading, waiting or additional-stop charges before booking.
Our contact hours are 07:30–18:00 UK time, including weekends and bank holidays. Fresh location updates can be emailed every 15 minutes on request, with printable proof of delivery after handover. Payment is required before collection unless credit terms have been agreed. For changes or a delivery problem, contact us promptly with the job reference.
